Pricing
Discovery Session – FREE
That’s right, you can still get some things in life for free. If you’ve got questions about your Apple devices or services, drop me a line and let’s chat. If I can offer some easy advice, I’m happy to. If you need more help than that, then we can figure out next steps. Either way, you don’t pay a dime for an exploratory conversation.
Hourly Rate
My current rate is $130 per hour with billing in 15-minute increments. For on-site sessions, there’s a 1 hour minimum, while there’s a half hour minimum for remote sessions.
Travel cost will be billed for trips that are 1 hour or longer.
Value-Based Project Pricing
Larger projects may not be conducive to time-based billing. The way I see it, you’re not paying for my time, you’re paying for a service…whether it’s setting up a new Mac, putting a backup plan in place, or deploying a bunch of iPads to your team. Once we figure out how I can be of help, we’ll come up with a plan and a comprehensive budget, including any hardware or software that’s required. You’ll see the final price before we get started and there won’t be any surprises when I’m done.
Ongoing Service
If you have a need for ongoing Apple IT services to keep your business running, I can help with that too. We can figure out a package that’ll be a heck of a lot cheaper than hiring a full-time IT employee.
Payment
I accept checks or any major credit card through Square. For on-site visits, I can run your card with my iPhone and a Square device. For remote sessions, I’ll send an invoice so you can pay remotely. I wouldn’t be a good Apple nerd if I didn’t also accept Apple Pay Cash. In fact, that’s something I can help you set up to make sending and receiving money even easier.
